Turning a strong motorist association into a multi service mobility organization
Touring Club Switzerland (TCS) was founded in 1896 by a group of 205 passionate cyclists in order to promote cycling tourism.


TCS enlisted our help to develop a new umbrella brand appearance that could be implemented by the individual sections, and that could quickly integrate new products and services. The expansion of the offer called for a brand strategy that allows for the introduction of new products with little communications effort.


We developed a single-brand strategy, allowing TCS to strengthen its role as a mobility organization with every new service added to its portfolio. By translating the strategy into an easy-to-use corporate design, we enabled all regional sections to tell the same consistent story.


Today, TCS is the most important Swiss mobility organization for personal and vehicle assistance, boasting some 1.5 million members. The mobility organization offers a multitude of products and services, ranging from a breakdown service to legal expenses insurance all the way to rescue helicopter service.
