What you will do:

You will work strategically, conceptually and collaboratively and skillfully guide your team to achieve their goals through iterative processes. Thanks to your empathy and knack for storytelling, you can turn a workshop into an entertaining experience and bring management, teams, and organizations along with you as you forge a path toward a future that works.

Your responsibilities in our team:

  • Management of strategic branding, innovation, and transformation projects
  • Co-creative development of solutions and skillful deployment of human-centered design
  • Designing prototypes and visualizing future scenarios
  • Preparing and holding workshops and developing tools (presentations, workshop plots, prototypes, etc.)
  • Project management including taking on responsibility for timing, budget, and quality

What you have to offer:

  • In-depth knowledge of branding, transformation, and design
  • A strong entrepreneurial attitude and the desire to be part of a dynamic, growing company
  • An interest in strategic, business-oriented issues and the drive needed to work towards a solution, even when the way forward is unclear
  • A creative mindset and a knack for storytelling
  • A passion for co-creation and excellent leadership skills
  • A high level of self-assurance and a confident manner at the management level
  • At least two years (designer) or four years (senior designer) of experience in a professional, creative environment
  • Experience with design thinking methods is a plus
  • Business proficiency in German and English
  • A university degree (or corresponding training) in visual design with an outstanding final grade
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools
