Futureworks is looking for a Senior Consultant (Specializing in Client and Program Management) to join our Zurich office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a number of clients, establishing and growing our business relationships, and creating long-term added value by means of various initiatives – from implementing organizational change and building new brands and businesses to managing brand-related activities for our clients.



  • A skilled organizer, you are a source of inspiration for your teams, balancing the needs of the project with those of the individuals involved
  • You instill complete confidence in clients by seeing the bigger strategic picture, fully understanding their worlds, adapting our work according to their specific commercial needs and being utterly persuasive and authoritative in business dealings
  • You actively seek out ways for your clients to make real and lasting changes in their organizations, and translate that into opportunities for your account
  • You will be closely involved with the strategic content of your team’s work and be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in terms of quality
  • You will be comfortable with building relationships at a senior level with both clients and colleagues
  • You will naturally look to grow all your accounts and be well versed in the financial health both of your accounts and of Futureworks
  • You will provide direction for consultants and designers on your accounts where appropriate and collaborate with the coach to set out a clear plan for growth
  • You will play an active role in conceptualizing and driving initiatives for Futureworks

Hard Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management (at least five years) in a consulting and/or agency environment
  • Proven experience in leading teams (at least five people)
  • Master’s degree; an MBA or other qualifications would be considered an advantage
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English; French (written and spoken) would be considered an advantage
  • Expertise in business modelling and digital transformation; expertise in cultural change would be considered an advantage
