BMC has transformed from a small bike shop at the southern foot of the Jura mountains into a Tour de France winner.


Much like the fashion industry, the cycling business requires a brand to release a new collection each year. This challenges brand management because product development cycles and marketing or sponsoring cycles do not correlate.


Having accompanied BMC since its beginnings, we have supported the company in terms of strategy, innovation, technology, and design. We enabled BMC to manage its brand on three levels: long-term via its positioning, medium term via its product, and short term via its lineup and marketing.


Today, BMC stands for Swiss precision, constant innovation, outstanding products and unique design. The company’s offer covers racing cycles, mountain bikes, and urban lifestyle products. In 2011, the BMC Racing Team won the Tour de France.
